Brief Description:

Issue 1 – Bathroom facilities – Convert the existing teacher resource space into a universal bathroom

Issue 2 – Install 3x handrails and nosing to the existing step in the foyer to eliminate the trip hazard.

Issue 3 – Install handrails and nosing to the existing timber steps

Issue 4 – Remove bag hooks from the wall. Replace the existing steps and extend the landing. Cut out a section of concrete at the base.

Issue 5 – Install visual highlighting to the steps and drop off on the deck. Install handrails.

Issue 6 – No longer in scope

Issue 7 – Cover the open drain channel and pour a section of concrete to widen the accessible route

Issue 8 – Rebuild the existing concrete stairs and platform.

Issue 9 – no longer in scope

Issue 10 – Replace the existing stairs with a compliant set of steps and handrails. Install nosing to steps. Replace vinyl.

Issue 11 – Install handrails and nosing to existing concrete steps. Replace concrete landing. Grind the concrete edges.
