Replace the existing steps and extend the landing. Cut out a section of concrete at the base.<\/p>\n<p>Issue 5 \u2013 Install visual highlighting to the steps and drop off on the deck. Install handrails.<\/p>\n<p>Issue 6 \u2013 No longer in scope<\/p>\n<p>Issue 7 \u2013 Cover the open drain channel and pour a section of concrete to widen the accessible route<\/p>\n<p>Issue 8 \u2013 Rebuild the existing concrete stairs and platform.<\/p>\n<p>Issue 9 \u2013 no longer in scope<\/p>\n<p>Issue 10 \u2013 Replace the existing stairs with a compliant set of steps and handrails. Install nosing to steps. Replace vinyl.<\/p>\n<p>Issue 11 \u2013 Install handrails and nosing to existing concrete steps. Replace concrete landing.
