Acknowledgment
The parties to this agreement confirms that:
1. Upon this application being accepted, a Provisional Guarantee certificate shall be issue.
2. On completion of the project work and passed the final inspection a Guarantee Certificate shall be issued.
3. The information provided are correct at the time of this application.
4. Further the parties agrees to immediately inform if there is any change to the information provided in this application.
5. If any of the information provided in this application were to be incorrect, misleading or correct information to be withheld this agreement immediately is at end.
