Brief Description:<\/strong><\/p>

Issue 1 \u2013 Bathroom facilities \u2013 Convert the existing teacher resource space into a universal bathroom<\/p>

Issue 2 \u2013 Install 3x handrails and nosing to the existing step in the foyer to eliminate the trip hazard.<\/p>

Issue 3 \u2013 Install handrails and nosing to the existing timber steps<\/p>

Issue 4 \u2013 Remove bag hooks from the wall. Replace the existing steps and extend the landing. Cut out a section of concrete at the base.<\/p>

Issue 5 \u2013 Install visual highlighting to the steps and drop off on the deck. Install handrails.<\/p>

Issue 6 \u2013 No longer in scope<\/p>

Issue 7 \u2013 Cover the open drain channel and pour a section of concrete to widen the accessible route<\/p>

Issue 8 \u2013 Rebuild the existing concrete stairs and platform.<\/p>

Issue 9 \u2013 no longer in scope<\/p>

Issue 10 \u2013 Replace the existing stairs with a compliant set of steps and handrails. Install nosing to steps. Replace vinyl.<\/p>
